Temporary Housing

Denver is a corporate town and service providers are prepared to assist with all relocation needs. The Denver area enjoys many options for temporary housing; choose the one that's best for you.

One of the most popular options is to secure an apartment from a company specializing in corporate temporary housing. These companies furnish one- and two-bedroom apartments (three bedroom rentals are available, although in shorter supply) and include phone service, cable, utilities, kitchen accessories for cooking, towels, etc. You only need your personal items and groceries to feel right at home. These units typically rent for $1800 per month (or $60.00 per night) and up, capping at about $3000 for a premier property.

If you only need lodging for a few nights up to 2 months, you may opt to stay in a local suite hotel. Room rates average about $100 a night for spacious suites with kitchen facilities and one or two bedrooms.

If budget concerns are paramount, you may choose an economy suite hotel. These properties offer small efficiency units, not as warmly decorated as the corporate united mentioned above. They are more affordable by a large margin; however, they are also smaller and more stark by an equal margin. These units typically rent for between $250 and $300 per week and are available through out the metro area.

Pets can be difficult to place in interim housing. We will strive to find accommodations that will allow your family pet, but please recognize that choices will be fewer and price may be an issue. We do work with several hotel suites that will accept pets for a deposit.
